Our chocolatiers have build up an exceptional reputation based on experience over more than 20 years, which means they retain all the traditional skills of making chocolates, benefiting from production in ultramodern, purpose-build premises and utilising advanced mechanised processes where appropriate.
The plant is under daily control supervision since it is one of the top priorities of Delafaille. A certificate of IFS (International Food Standard) in Higher Level is granted to our factory for several years.
These quality standards are the base of good craftsmanship and without any doubt of great importance.
Our capacity has increased from 1.200 tons per year to 2.400 tons per year in a 2shift activity produced on 3 lines.
Delafaille Chocolatier was founded in 1999. It is specialised in the production and packaging of moulded and enrobed pralines, seashells and cocoa dusted truffles. The modern facility guarantees optimal quality connected to efficiency.
After production all Belgian Chocolates are transported to Ostrava, Czech Republic, where we , since 2001, have our own packing facility " Ostrapack" . With up to 250 people operating in a 3shift activity, we make sure that all needs of our customers are handled with the deserved care. At our packing company, the top priority is the quality of the goods. In our 10.000m² building, all floors are temperature controlled.
